EmailA surveyor attends site, inspects the roof, takes core samples and photographs, and issues a written report with options and budget costs. No charge, no obligation.
The surveyor writes the specification with the manufacturer, with U-value calculations, bespoke details and drawings, so the roof can be guaranteed by them on completion.
A dedicated contracts manager produces the CPP and RAMS, sets the programme, runs the site team and the site supervisor, and inspects weekly.
The manufacturer inspects and signs off, the guarantee is issued to the building owner, and the handover file with drawings, data sheets and the maintenance schedule follows.
Ring the office nearest the building, or send the outline through the form and one of the team will come back to you.
