The people who run your roof

Two directors, two contracts managers, two surveyors, a site supervisor, a chartered health and safety advisor and the operations and admin team behind them, across the Coleshill and Congleton offices. Every project gets a named contracts manager from the day it is appointed to the day it is handed over.

How a project runs

One contracts manager, start to finish

Survey

A surveyor attends site, inspects the roof, takes core samples and photographs, and issues a written report with options and budget costs. No charge, no obligation.

Specification

The surveyor writes the specification with the manufacturer, with U-value calculations, bespoke details and drawings, so the roof can be guaranteed by them on completion.

Delivery

A dedicated contracts manager produces the CPP and RAMS, sets the programme, runs the site team and the site supervisor, and inspects weekly.

Handover

The manufacturer inspects and signs off, the guarantee is issued to the building owner, and the handover file with drawings, data sheets and the maintenance schedule follows.
