Bituminous Membrane Waterproofing

We replace and overlay deteriorated flat roofs with new built up bituminous systems.

These are either torch applied or self adhesive membranes in bitumen.

Typically the existing roof covering is removed or existing covering is prepared for an overlay.

We then install a new built up felting system with a mineral finish to totally encapsulate the roof area

We install a range of various market leading felt roofing systems.

All of our felting system have BBA certification and are NFRC approved.

Following on from our survey the new roofing system will be designed and tailor made to your building and there are a number of options with various guarantee periods depending on each individual client’s requirements.

The systems we install are made up of Single layer felt systems, Multi-layer felt systems, Insulated build-up and these have various mineral finishes

The felting systems can either be Hot or fully cold applied depending on the clients requirements.
