from site manager, Rich ensures the objectives on each
of our projects are met. Responsible for Operatives on
site and ensures delivery of project specific requirements.
Focus on the Health and Safety guidelines including CDM
regulations to ensure clients needs are met.

Jake Hill
Contracts Manager

Former installer and site foreman, Jake
now ensures the objectives on each of our projects are
met. Responsible for Operatives on site and ensures
delivery of project specific requirements. Focus on the

Surveyor

Everything that Ben provides is project
specific. Undertaking all roof condition surveys, feasibility
study reports and full performance specifications to put
together budget costs, bespoke drawings and U-value
calculations.

Jim Grant
Health & Safety Advisor

Everything to do with keeping people
safe in the workplace. Jim has more than 30 years
experience in the roofing industry and utilises this to
support our operational functions to ensure our people
are safe in the workplace.

Bhavan Jhita
Operations Manager

Bhavan leads the operations of the business and
ensures a coherent link between the sales and contracts teams.
Also responsible for compliance, training and H&S implementation.

Emma Metcalfe
Office Manager

Emma joined the business in 2017 and
oversees all aspects of the office which functions across
the entire Absolute Group.
